• Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

• Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or for special-order items. 

Shipping Methods 

• We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

• Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. 

• Expedited shipping is available on eligible orders. 

Shipping Rates 

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. 

• Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations. 

Order Tracking 

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment. 

Delivery 

• Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

• FirstWatch Depot is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Damaged or Missing Shipments 

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

• If your shipment is damaged, missing items, or appears lost, contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 

• Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. 

International Shipping 

• International shipping may be available to select countries. 

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. 

Hazardous or Restricted Items 

• Certain products, including batteries or other regulated items, may be subject to special shipping requirements or destination restrictions.
